Frequently Asked Questions

Why Tagslide?

Get started quickly to see what your forms are really doing. Tagslide simplifies marketing attribution by seamlessly capturing visitor parameters through forms. Enjoy effortless integration, clear visual analytics, and detailed session insights that empower you to optimize your strategies and boost ROI. Plus, explore additional features designed to make your marketing even more effective.

How to Get Started?

Sign up, add your domain to the board, install the collection script to your website manually or via Google Tag Manager (GTM), add the forms and attributes you wish to collect, and start gaining valuable insights.

What are collections?

A single collection stores URL parameters when a visitor arrives from an external site. It is saved for historical suggestions, form usage and stats. If the visitor returns using the same link within the same session, it will not be collected again and will not count as a new collection. Also, unique form interaction is collected and counted. Website entry with UTM params + form interaction = 2 collections quota.

What happens if the collections quota is exceeded?

If the collections quota is exceeded, data collection will be paused until the quota is reset at the start of the new month. No new data will be collected during this period. You can always upgrade your plan to continue data collection.

What is collected via collection script?

We collect URL parameters that users enter with, their navigation behavior on the website, and their interactions with forms. This data allows us to provide you with valuable insights, detailed statistics, and accurate attributions.

Will integrating Tagslide's collection code slow down my website?

Our tests have shown that integrating Tagslide's collection code does not affect website loading speeds.

Does Tagslide's collection script work with iframe forms that have cross-origin policy restrictions?

No, it is blocked by the browser due to cross-origin policy restrictions. To work around this, consider using forms hosted on the same domain.
